Obituary of Neal Canon
Neal Canon, 76, died on July 26, 2024, at his home in Salem, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Frankie Canon of Greenville, Illinois, and his beloved wife Betty.
He is survived by his sons Tim and Matthew, 4 grandchildren, his sister Susan Canon Reiman (John) and niece, Natalie Reiman. Survived also by cousins Chris and Mark Slauter, Charles Canon, and Jane Roberts.
For many years he worked for World Color Press in Mt. Vernon, Illinois. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Salem and was known for his love of gospel music.
Private burial will take place at Mount Auburn Cemetery in Greenville, Illinois, on Saturday, August 3, 2024. Crouse Funeral Home in Salem is assisting the family with arrangements. Online condolences and memories can be left at www.CrouseFH.com.
