Frank J. Goff, age 54 of Cartter, passed away on Tuesday October 13, 2020 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon. Frank was born on November 14, 1965 in Salem, IL, the son of Roy and Edna (Phelps) Goff. He married Gail E. Mulvaney on July 11, 1997 in Salem, IL. Survivors include his wife, Gail Goff of Cartter; children, Jeanette Parker, Heather Goff, Nichole Goff, Buck Whipple, and Matthew Mulvaney; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter, Shelby Mulvaney. Frank worked as a roustabout for Brim Oil Company in Mt. Vernon. Memorial services for Frank Goff will be held at a later date. Crouse Funeral Home in Salem is assisting the family with arrangements.
