Peggy Millenbine, age 65 of Salem, passed away on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at her home. Peggy was born on December 20, 1957 in West Virginia, the daughter of Walter “Rex” and Nelda Faye (Williams) Hensley. She married Lonnie Gale Millenbine on August 11, 1978 in Mt. Vernon, and he preceded her in death on December 31, 2018. Survivors include a brother, Michael Ricky Hensley of Sandoval; her three sons, Gary Tate and wife Holly of Salem; Lucas Millenbine and wife Amanda of Salem, and Robert Millenbine of Hoyleton; and seven grandchildren, Nick, Emily, Victoria, Cody, Olivia, Alexander and Lillyan. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband. Peggy was a homemaker and of the Christian Faith. Funeral services for Peggy Millenbine will be held on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at 2:00p.m. at Crouse Funeral Home in Salem. Burial will follow at Peaceful Valley Cemetery in Odin. There will be a visitation on Wednesday at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorial contributions can be made to the family and left at the funeral home.
