Bobby Lewis Vineyard, age 90 of Salem, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2023 at his home surrounded by family. Bobby was born on October 22, 1932 in Ruble, Missouri the son of Irvin and Bonnie (Hedrick) Vineyard. He married Lenora Jean (Morgan) Meadows Vineyard on November 10, 1971 in Las Vegas, Nevada and she preceded him in death on April 8, 2023. He is survived by his children, Gene Vineyard and wife Margaret of Ellington, MO, Warren Vineyard of Van Buren, MO, Caroline Vineyard of Van Buren, MO, and Karen Cleaver and husband Terry of Freemont, MO; step-children, Roberta Ann “Bert” Meadows of Centralia, and Becky Helton of Salem; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; sister, Joyce Keeling; step-son, Robert Raymond Meadows; and step-daughter, Rita Jean Schulte. Bobby served in the United States Navy and then worked for many years in Salt Lake City for Boyles Brothers in mine shaft sinking. He later worked for World Color Press for 13 years.
