I know her family will never know who I am, but a decade and a half ago I had a run in with miss Mary Lou that I will never forget. I was working at a lube shop in Salem when she came in for an oil change. She parked her van out back because she was scared to drive over the pit. When I went out to greet her, she opened the door of the van and I heard "Return to Sender" by Elvis playing on her radio. I mentioned that it was one of my favorite Elvis songs, and she reached out, grabbed my hands, and had a dance with me right there in the parking lot. I learned a lot about Moo over the next year or so that I worked there, and helped work on her van many times. We had quite a few dances in the parking lot and talked a lot about her time training showgirls in Branson. I was so terribly sad to see that she had passed, but I'll always have those wonderful memories of spinning and stepping with The Dancing Moo. I'm sure she'll have those angels dancing in no time at all! God bless you, Mary Lou. You truly were a beautiful soul. CC

Moo was a force of positivity. She was a dear friend to my mom Kay Dehn. I remember her zest for life and love for Jesus. She will be sorely missed. My love to her family and friends. She is dancing with her loved ones in heaven and teaching them how to make apple butter. All my families love to your family. Rosa Sanders

A beautiful lady inside and out. She has been an inspiration to many! She has a special place in my heart! No one would ever doubt her love for Jesus! Kathy is right, she is dancing her heart out!
