Alander “Ollie” Taylor, age 69 of Centralia, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia. Alander was born on January 8, 1953 in St. Louis, Missouri the son of Leslie and Mae Reather (Jackson) Taylor. He is survived by his siblings, Eloise Taylor of East St. Louis, Ethereal Taylor of Belleville IL, Jacques Taylor of Wichita Kansas., Sharon Taylor of Cahokia Heights IL, Leslie Taylor of East St. Louis, Lynnie Taylor of Cahokia Heights IL , Marie Taylor of Cahokia Heights IL. Also survived by a host of nephew’s nieces relatives and friends He was preceded in death parents, Leslie Taylor and Mae Reather Taylor; brothers Ramon Taylor and Rodney Taylor Alander Enjoyed watching TV and he was loved by his family. The family would like to extend a special thank you to his extended family and caregiver Rod Wehking and his family and to the entire staff at Bryan Manor. Graveside services for Alander “Ollie” Taylor will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at East Lawn Cemetery in Salem.
