Cynthia Ann Dwiggins, age 53 of St. Louis, passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Champaign. Cynthia was born on July 16, 1968 in St. Louis, the daughter of Donald E. and Christine Ann (Zeigler) Cook. She married Chris Dwiggins on October 15, 2005 in St. Louis and he survives in Salem. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother, Christine Cook; three children, Jimmy Davis and wife Kalee of Salem, Spencer Davis and wife Ashely of Salem, and Lyndsi Cook and husband Jason Elston of St. Louis; three siblings, Joshua Cook of St. Louis, Jason Cook and wife Angela of Kansas City, MO, and Jessica Cook and husband Doug Shepard of St. Louis; four granddaughters; five grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald. Cynthia attended the Apostolic Church of Salem. She enjoyed fishing, coloring, camping, and spending time with her grandkids. Celebration of Life Services will be held at a later date. Crouse Funeral Home in Salem is assisting the family with arrangements.
