Timothy Head, age 58 of Salem, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Timothy was born on June 1, 1963 in South Haven, Michigan the son of John Wilbur and Viola Ruth (Sparrow) Head. He married Donna (Roberts) Head on June 9, 1984 at the Apostolic Church in South Haven and she survives in Salem. In addition to his wife, he is survived by three children, Timothy Head Jr. and wife Natasha of West Frankfort, Joseph Edward Head of Salem, and Anna Gentry and husband Shawn of Kinmundy; 11 grandchildren; siblings, James, Daniel, Matthew, Joan, and Joy; and one niece, Diane Head of South Haven, MI. He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers, John, Michael, and Mark. Timothy was employed with DBS Disposal in Farina. He was a member at the Apostolic Church of Salem. He enjoyed spending time with his family and grilling out. A drive by visitation will be held on Saturday, September 18, 2021 at East Lawn Cemetery in Salem from 10:00 am until 11:00 am. Memorials can be made to the family and can be left at Crouse Funeral Home who is assisting the family with arrangements.
