Obituary of Joseph Ballard
Joseph Mitchell “Joe” Ballard, age 76 of Salem, passed away on Saturday September 19, 2020 at Charleston Rehab and Health Care Center in Charleston, IL.
Joe was born on August 30, 1944 in St. Francois County, MO to Elmer V. and Vernie (Roberts) Ballard.
Survivors include his friends and caregivers, Katie Rozkiewicz, Edward Kinney and wife Virginia, Rena Kinney, Lisa Kinney, Michael Rozkiewicz Jr, Rollie Rozkiewicz, Annie May Rozkiewicz, Edward Kinney Jr., Kyle Rozkiewicz, Mariah Huss, Nevaen Huss, Myala Akes, Jayden Rozkiewicz, and Jacob Cavins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, a sister, and two brothers.
Joe retired from Holzauers Plastics in Carlyle.
There will be no public services.
